Sales Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our team. You will help build the sales funnel through prospecting new customers/partners and articulating our value proposition with potential customers/partners in a consultative, solutions-based sales approach. You see opportunity around every corner, approach sales with tenacity, and overcome objectives every day.

Constant daily tasks include scheduling and conducting demos, prospecting, lead management, deal negotiation, all tasks related to closing the sale as well as liaising with the product team on implementations.

A successful individual in this position will proactively seek new opportunities to drive a growing pipeline and take initiative within our growing team. This position currently reports to the CEO and you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership position managing your own team as we continue to grow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research potential target customers sand generate leads

  • Establish a genuine connection (via phone, email, video) and learn all about the potential customer and their business

  • Identify how Visual Workforce Skills Management and Workforce Visualization SaaS solution can improve their business and achieve their goals

  • Using a consultative and problem-solving approach, stimulate additional interest in Visual Workforce

  • Give regular sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to a range of prospective clients.

  • As a product expert, answer all questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy

  • Constantly improve your call strategies, messaging tactics, and pipeline management skills

  • Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Your 3-5 years of sales experience has included software sales (specifically SaaS)

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating opportunities.

  • You are competent in Word, Excel, Hubspot CRM or similar applications, and online demonstration or meeting software such as Zoom.

  • If you have a background in/understanding of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) that would be a plus
